Who this is about
This website belongs to Vicky Lueke, REALTOR®, who practises under the personal trade name Vicky Lueke Realty as an associate of eXp Realty of Canada. The site itself is built and maintained on her behalf by an outside marketing provider.
What the forms collect
When you send a message through any form on this site, it collects what you type: your name, your email address, your phone number if you give one, what you said you are interested in, and your message.
Recorded automatically alongside it: the date and time, which page the form was on, the page or search that sent you here, any campaign tags carried in the link you clicked, and the IP address the message came from.
If you only read the site and never submit a form, none of that is collected.
Why it is collected, and what is never done with it
To read your enquiry and reply to it. That is the whole purpose.
It is never sold, rented, traded, or handed to anyone for their own marketing.
Who sees it
Vicky receives every enquiry. The marketing provider who operates this website also receives a copy, because the same notification runs the site's lead handling. Nobody else is sent your message.
Where it is kept
Two places. A file on this website's server, in a folder that is blocked from public access, written one file per month. And in the email inboxes it is delivered to.
How long it is kept
Enquiries are kept while they are still useful for following up and for ordinary business records. If you would rather yours was removed sooner, ask and it will be deleted from the website's store. Email already delivered is handled the same way on request.
If you go on to become a client, the records of that transaction are held separately by eXp Realty of Canada under the record-keeping rules the Real Estate Council of Alberta sets for brokerages. Those rules are not something this website can override.
Analytics and cookies
This site uses Google Analytics 4 to count visits and see which pages people actually read. It reports in aggregate - pages viewed, roughly where visitors came from, whether a phone number or email link was clicked. It sets cookies in your browser to do that.
There is no advertising network on this site, no retargeting pixel, and no cookie that follows you to other websites. If you would rather not be counted at all, Google publishes a browser opt-out add-on, and most browsers let you block or clear cookies for a single site.
Links out
The trusted network page lists independent businesses, and some pages link to Vicky's social profiles. Once you follow a link off this site, that company's own privacy practices apply, not this policy.
Your rights in Alberta
Under Alberta's Personal Information Protection Act you can ask what personal information is held about you, ask for a copy, ask for a correction, and withdraw your consent to being contacted. There is no charge for asking and you do not need a reason.

Changes
If this policy changes, the date at the top changes with it. There is no archive of earlier versions, so the page you are reading is the current one.
